pnp sensor
A PNP sensor is a transistor-based sensor that uses electronic switches and has become popular since it can catch and react to any changes in the physical environment. The main function of a PNP sensor is to transform the physical quantity such as pressure, light or temperature into an electrical signal that can be measured and analyzed. Technologically, PNP sensors have the characterististry such as a low forward voltage drop, high current gain and can be compatible with all kinks of circuits. This sensor is bidirectional and is able to handle either digital or analog signals. Its applications are spread across many fields including automotive components, robotics, HVAC systems. In the first two areas it is used for pick and place operations where one can control along one axis movement of parts; while for the latter task it may detect temperature changes inside buildings.
