Non-contact Detection
The magnetic proximity sensors do not have the non-contact detection function of the non-contact analogcylinder sensors and the limitations that such a function brings! While it doesn't affect your own work habits in any way, these small technical advantages can mean longer product life span and better product per-formance compared to traditional types. Non-contact detection by a magnetic Prox sensor means there's absolutely no need at all for physical contact between the probe and material being measured either, thus reducing wear on both parts.
