Distance measuring sensors are different from ordinary proximity switches and photoelectric sensors. Compared to inductive or capacitive proximity switches, distance sensors have a longer detection distance and can achieve detection over longer distances. Compared with photoelectric sensors, distance sensors can be applied in more harsh environments and are not affected by the color of the target object or factors such as dust and water mist in the air
